5ef7ffff Error Free Discutions

Battlefield 4 5ef7ffff Error solutions:

1) Please click Ctrl+Shift+Esc to launch Windows Task manager and click the Processes tab and sort the Name. 
If you can find the origin.exe, please kill the process.
Then launch your originclient.


2) 1. Uninstall Origin first.
    2. Direct to www.origin.com/about
    3. Download latest Origin version then install and update it
    4. The version will change to 9.0.13.2141 - 194606 


3) 1. Open your Origin Application settings
2. Scroll to the bottom and make sure "Update to the beta version when available" is UN-TICKED
3. Go to http://www.origin.com/download and download the origin client
Fully close Origin if you still have it open
4. Run the origin install you just  downloaded
It will say you have a newer version installed or some crap - Click "Yes" you want to install the new version and overwrite the previous 5.install.
5. Once it's finished installing, give your computer a reboot
6. Add origin to your antivirus and firewall exceptions.
7. Load Origin and play some BF4!!!


4) Do a Windows Update, restart computer, let windows install updates, then play.


5) Exit Origin first, direct to C:\ProgramData\Origin\Logs, delete Client_log file.

1. Send an email with your Settings file and Origin Logs attached:
a. Navigate to this directory: C:\Users\{Windows User name}\AppData\Roaming\Origin
b. Attach the most recent local.xml file to your email.
c. Navigate to this directory: C:\ProgramData\Origin\Logs
d. Attach the Client_log file to your email.
e. Attach the OriginClientService_Log file to your email.
f. Navigate to this directory: C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Core\prefs
g. Attach the Origin.ini to your email.
2. Are you running multiple hard drives?
3. If so, tell us as much detail as you can about the configuration:
a. Is your main C: drive an SSD?
b. Is Origin installed on your main C: drive or a secondary drive?
c. Do you install Origin games on your main drive or secondary drive?
d. Any special permissions settings for these drives (available to all users, admins only or only a specific

Windows user account)?
4. Screenshots or exact text of any error messages would also be helpful.
5. A screenshot of running processes may also be helpful. Bring up your Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+ESC). Click

the Processes tab and sort by Image Name and make sure we can see the entire name of the .exe. If it takes two

screenshots to see the entire list that's fine.
